Board Meeting Minutes
Public Comment
Neighborhood Schools Initiative welcomes community participation at meetings of the Board of Directors. Members of the public are encouraged to share comments on matters within the Board's authority.
Board meetings are open to the public and may be attended in person or virtually via Microsoft Teams. The meeting agenda, including the Microsoft Teams link, will be posted on the Board Meetings page prior to each meeting.
Individuals wishing to address the Board during Public Comment are encouraged to complete the Public Comment Registration Form no later than three (3) calendar days before the scheduled meeting.
Speakers will be provided up to three (3) minutes to address the Board. To help ensure everyone has an opportunity to be heard, we ask that comments be shared respectfully and in a manner that supports an orderly meeting.
The Board values community input and carefully considers all public comments. While the Board generally does not respond during the Public Comment portion of the meeting, matters requiring follow-up may be referred to the appropriate staff member after the meeting.
